Here at Flora Couture, our community has always been, and always will be, our reason to bloom. Over the last 25 years, through the use of creative design and floral artistry, we’ve been honored with the opportunity to bring our community’s emotions to life.
At the onset of the pandemic, uncertainties loomed and the once bustling Vegas Valley was brought to its knees overnight. But within days, our residents, local businesses, community leaders, first responders and so many more came together to do what we do best… stand with our community, VEGAS STRONG!
As we take time to reflect on all the support and love that our community has bestowed upon us, it has inspired us to take action. As a result, Flora Couture has launched the “Community in Bloom” program. Each quarter we will partner with a local nonprofit organization to assist in spreading their message, incentivize community collaboration, and raise funds to support their cause. Flora Couture will create a custom floral design which represents the nonprofit organization being featured. For every arrangement purchased, Flora Couture will donate 20% of the proceeds back to the organization.
Beginning April 1, 2021 we roll out the red carpet in true Las Vegas Style for the Las Vegas Fashion Council. The Las Vegas Fashion Council (LVFC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit entity whose membership consists of fashion professionals, students, community leaders, philanthropists, and organizations that have a desire to diversify and expand the Las Vegas economy through the efforts of the fashion industry. LVFC supports fashion industry students and emerging artists with scholarships, grants, educational presentations, internships, mentoring, and opportunities to showcase and compete in fashion shows throughout the valley. LVFC partners with numerous non-profit entities in raising funds and awareness for a variety of causes that incorporate a fashion element into their fundraising efforts. LVFC utilizes the Public Education Foundation to assist in awarding annual scholarships to fashion students through the Las Vegas Fashion Council-Fashion Industry Scholarship program.
