About Flora Couture by Floral 2000

For over 16 years, Flora Couture by Floral 2000 has been unquestionably the most prestigious floral design studio in the Las Vegas Valley. As a family owned and operated business, we take great pride in ensuring each arrangement is designed fresh and tailored to the customer’s individual desires. Throughout the city we have been showcased in many of the amazing casinos on the Las Vegas Strip and have been the florist of choice by the who's who of the valley. We use only the finest product available, thus guaranteeing superior quality allowing our unique and artistic designs to be like none other.

Delivery Policy

A local delivery fee of $14.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Holiday Deliveries
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to achieve the desired look and feel of your arrangement. If the florist is out of a particular element, ie. Specific container, vase, flower, plush, etc., a similar element of equal or greater value may be used. Our designers will use their creative expertise to ensure the “look and feel” of your arrangement remains the same. We use only the highest quality seasonal flowers, and will make substitutions based on seasonal availability. In the case of single flower designs we will make every attempt to maintain the same flower type but may substitute on color. Meaning, if you choose an all red tulip arrangement and red tulips are not available, they will be substituted for a different color of tulips rather than a different red flower.



Change & Cancellation Policy

Should a customer place an order through Flora Couture and then need to make a change please contact us immediately. We will be happy to accommodate whenever possible. In the event that a customer wants to cancel an order, we ask that cancellation be made 24 hours in advance. If less notice is given we will do our best to accommodate, however a restocking fee will be charged when applicable. Cancellation will not be accepted if a customer provides inaccurate information that prevents direct delivery of an order, such as a wrong address. However, we will gladly make any necessary changes and redeliver (additional delivery fees may apply). Flora Couture is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept delivery, therefore full charges will remain. Orders that have already been made, successfully delivered or require specific product be ordered will not be eligible for cancellation.


Refund Policy

It is our goal to ensure we provide the best product and service available. In doing so, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise when dealing with perishable product. In the event that the quality of the product received is deemed unsatisfactory we ask that the recipient or customer notify us within 24 hours of its receipt. At that time, the product will be replaced with an arrangement of equal or greater value at no additional cost to the customer. Please keep in mind flowers are perishable. Their lifespan is dependent on environmental factors and requires personal care. Non-perishable and non-food merchandise purchased in stores is eligible for a full refund or exchange within 10 business days of original purchase. The original receipt must be present at the time of return.



Delivery Policy

Flora Couture by Floral 2000 is centrally located in the Las Vegas Valley. We deliver to the entire greater Las Vegas area including Henderson, Summerlin, Lake Las Vegas ($75.00 minimum) and North Las Vegas for a standard delivery fee of $15.00. Delivery to Boulder City is $25.00 with a minimum order of $75.00. Flora Couture offers same day delivery on all orders placed before 2 p.m. PST.

Flora Couture will manage deliveries globally. In most instances orders going to a U.S. and Canadian destinations can be delivered next day. Small towns may require additional notice. For international orders please allow 5 business days. A transfer fee will be assessed for all out of state/out of town orders.

Deliveries outside of Flora Couture’s delivery zone will be executed by an outside florist and exact design cannot be guaranteed. We will select the most qualified florists in the delivery area and provide them with as much detail and description as necessary to achieve the requested design. Arrangements chosen from our site may have elements that are substituted, as other florists may not have the same inventory. In those cases they will make substitutions to achieve “the look and feel” of the requested design (refer to our substitution policy).

Flora Couture will make every attempt to deliver on the requested delivery date. If a recipient is not home, the driver will contact the recipient for further delivery instructions. If the recipient cannot be reached, the driver may leave the arrangement with a neighbor or by the front door assuming Mother Nature permits. If this occurs, the customer will be notified and a message with detailed information will be left for the recipient.

In the event that a customer claims non delivery of a local or out of state order, we ask that 24 hours is given to investigate the claim. Under most circumstances delivery was attempted and either no one was home/ office was closed/ a neighbor was not available to receive the flowers/ or there was not a safe place to leave the flowers or gift item. We reserve the right to redeliver if this occurs.


Plant Return Policy

Not 100% satisfied with your plant purchase? Return to our store within (30) days, with your receipt and we’ll process an exchange/store credit of equal value!
